151 Property is pleased to share the successful delivery of a significant end-of-trip (EOT) facility upgrade within our Auckland-based Harbour Grounds precinct.

Designed to enhance the workplace experience, the new facility offers modern, premium amenities that support employee wellbeing, active commuting and sustainability. It includes accessible and gender-inclusive shower facilities, secure lockers, premium finishes and everyday conveniences designed to meet the evolving needs of building occupants.

The project also included a comprehensive resilience strategy to help protect the building and its critical infrastructure. This included the installation of Auckland CBD’s first commercially consented passive flood barrier system, providing an additional layer of protection for the basement and the new EOT facilities. The barriers sit flush with surrounding surfaces during normal operation and automatically activate in response to rising water levels.
