A workplace that puts wellbeing first
Our people are our greatest asset. We never stop striving to create a great place to work that supports our people’s physical and mental wellbeing. From flexible working, to “Wellness Wednesdays”, on-site yoga sessions, the provision of healthy snacks and our Employee Assistance Program, we’ve got it covered.
Doing good in the community
We make a positive impact in the community through a range of community partnerships. We work closely with our dedicated community partner Two Good Co, to support women who have experienced domestic violence. We also engage in fundraising initiatives with other deserving local non-for-profit organisations, including Good360 Australia. We’re keen to make it easier for our people to support Two Good Co. or a charity of their choice through providing our people with paid volunteering leave.
