A new 1.1MW solar installation at Greensborough Plaza Shopping Centre in Victoria reduces reliance on grid and improves energy efficiency. This project supports our decarbonisation goals whilst enhancing asset resilience and delivering financial and environmental benefits for investors and tenants.

Looking ahead, 151 Property will continue to prioritise initiatives that support the transition to renewable energy by generating clean electricity for assets on-site, reducing reliance on the grid, and improving operational efficiency.
